Kaizen is a Japanese term that translates to "change for the better" or "continuous improvement." Kaizen is deeply rooted in Japanese culture, which values humility, persistence, and a collective approach to problem-solving. Implementing Kaizen in other cultural contexts may require adaptation to align with local practices and values.
